New All-You-Can-Eat BBQ Joint Opens in Tampa
I haven’t met an “All-You-Can-Eat” place that I haven’t been able to conquer and this new All-You-Can-Eat BBQ place that has opened in Tampa is going to be the exception. This place looks good the menu is huge and they have a whole variety of options from not just BBQ but seafood as well. All-You-Can-Eat Hong BBQ and Hot Pot is a Korean BBQ and Chinese Hot Pot favorite restaurant. The newest of this franchise has opened up over at 5840 E Fowler Ave. in Tampa.
Hong BBQ and Hot Pot offer all different types of meat from marinated mussels, octopus, beef, lamb, chicken, pork, sausages, and apparently even more than that. Not a meat eater, thats fine they offer different types of soup bases as well. Chinese herbal style, Thai Tom Yum, tomato soup, and mushroom. The Boba Tea craze that has taken over is no stranger to this restaurant, they have Specialty boba teas, smoothies, and slushies which apparently tie well with their spicy Szechuan broth.
Look we will be honest “All-You-Can-Eat”, comes with “All-You-Can-Pay” prices. For one person just doing the Hong BBQ or Hot Pot is $30.99. However, if you feel like you can tough it out and do both it’s $35.99. If you ask anyone though tell them I am 6 because children 4-10 cost $15.99 for one or $21.99 for both. Don’t let your stomach bite off more than it can chew because, for every pound of wasted food, Hong will charge you $13.99 per pound. [Source Creative Loafing]
