Naked Florida Woman Climbing Tree Leads Cops To Dead Body

Florida authorities who were responding to a report of a naked woman climbing a tree ended up finding something far more sinister: a dead body.

The incident happened Sunday in Palm Beach County, where sheriff’s deputies arrived to find the naked woman had climbed down from the tree and was running through the neighborhood, says sheriff’s spokesperson Teri Barbera. They followed the unidentified woman and took her into custody – which somehow led them to check out a house the woman had been visiting, Barbera says. Inside the house was a dead body.

Investigators believe the naked woman killed the other woman, according to a statement released by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. However, as of late Monday morning, charges had not yet been filed in the case, Barbera says. The suspect’s motive behind the alleged murder is unclear.
