Florida Man Climbs On Playground Equipment, Tells Kids Where Babies Come From
I’m not gonna lie, I don’t believe the whole ‘stork’ story either. Clearwater police say a man climbed to the top of playground equipment and yelled a full explanation of ‘where babies come from’ as lots of kids played around him. Clearwater cops say Otis Dawayne Ryan was observed climbing to the top of a piece of equipment in the middle of a play area, and then proclaiming to the crowd that women’s bodies produce babies. Ryan is accused to using inappropriate language in his explanation of the process. As parents rushed to get their kids away from the man, he was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The same man was arrested on Friday night, after police say he began cursing loudly during a street performance at Pier 60, eventually disturbing the show and getting arrested for disorderly conduct.
