Florida Man Poops On Restaurant Floor
The man pooped before leaving.
It’s been said that nothing good happens after midnight, and the latest Florida man case seems to prove the point.
Fort Myers police say a man broke into the local Joe’s Crab Shack over the weekend. But instead of helping himself to unlimited fresh seafood, he went straight for the alcohol. According to the Fort Myers Police Department, at about 2:30 am Saturday morning, an unidentified man broke a small window and climbed through it to gain access to the popular restaurant. Once inside, the man stole several bottles of alcohol from the bar and other small items as he crept through the building. Surveillance cameras captured the entire theft, including what the man was wearing. Investigators say the suspect was wearing a gray sweatshirt, light-colored shorts, white shoes and a hat with sunglasses. After the man finished plundering the contents of the store, he did something that surprised even the most seasoned cops…he pooped on the floor.
Police are now searching for the Felonious Florida Fecal Bandit, saying he’s in a $#1tload of trouble. They are now asking for the public’s help in the case, requesting that citizens look at the attached pictures taken from surveillance video to see if they recognize the man. If you have any information about the man in the pictures or the burglary, please contact the Fort Myers Police Department at Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS. Source: WINKNews.com

Florida Is One Of The Most Affordable States To Own A Vacation Home
Despite inflation and cost of living going way up, vacation homes reached a high point during the pandemic. A recent study by Travel and Leisure tells us that Florida is one of the most affordable states for a vacation home. We’ve obviously seen a huge increase to people moving to Florida, but how many are buying places just to escape the cold months?
This study considered multiple factors for affordable second home states. They used initial purchase price, utilities, maintenance, property taxes and potential income as factors. Affordability may mean something to others. It’s always important to consider income, financial commitments, and your stage in life when buying a vacation home. Many people use their secondary homes as rental spots or AirBnB’s when they’re not being occupied. The good news is you’re more likely to be able to find renters in the Sunshine State.

ARRRRRR You Ready For Gasparilla?
Sean Roberts was conceived in the Corvette Assembly Plant in Bowling Green, Kentucky by two passionate, panel aligning, third shifters who had grown bored with the same ole same ole. Upon birth, he was placed in the trunk of a new Stingray and sent off to find his destiny.
That destiny included several stints on radio stations across the United States. Some played punk country gospel, while others focused on Croatian death metal played backwards.
After many years and many adventures, Sean wound up on The Shark, where he does shots of tequila while playing the most badass tunes ever created by humankind.
He remains humble, however, never forgetting about the lean years...the street corners and dark alleys where he played songs on his car stereo for food and sex.
He's on top and he's never gonna stop LIVING THE DREAM!
