Chicago Cop On Vacation In Florida Pees In Ice Machine
We’ve all had to relieve ourselves in a place that’s less than optimal. Whether it’s against an office building dumpster or behind a bush on the side of the interstate, we’ve all had to drain the main vein at the most inopportune time. But I’m pretty sure that most of us have refrained from wizzing in an ice machine.
A guy who was visiting Florida got busted for doing just that on Monday. The funny part? He’s a cop on vacation from Chicago. Perhaps they do things a bit differently in th big city. Maybe that’s normal there. It’s a big no-no in St. Pete. Investigators say 30-year-old Henry Capouch, who is a 5-year veteran of the Chicago Police Department, was charged with simple battery and disorderly conduct after an employee allegedly observed the suspect urinating in an ice machine at Jimmy B’s Beach Bar, which is located inside the Beachcomber Resort Hotel. Capouch was arrested by a Pinellas County Sheriff’s deputy. According to the arrest report, the employee discovered the suspect weeing into an ice machine and demanded that he stop. He told officers that the suspect became angry, cussed at the employee and pushed him with both hands. Capouch is also accused of pushing another employee who witnessed the incident.
When deputies arrived, they found Capouch sitting on the sand with his girlfriend. When they tried to arrest the suspect, he initially resisted and became verbally combative. Capouch posted $650 bail and was released. Source: CWBChicago.com
