A Florida woman from the Manatee County area has officially claimed a huge prize from the Florida Lottery! The Florida Lottery announced that Terasa Katsaro, 51, of Parrish just turned in a $1 million prize from a scratch-off-ticket. The special lottery ticket she bought is called the $1,000,000 A Year For Life Spectacular scratch-off game. Katsaro bought her winning ticket for $50 from a local Publix grocery store located at 11245 North US Highway 301 in Parrish.
She decided to take the one-time lump sum of $640,000 home and that Publix gets a $2,000 commission for selling the winning ticket. There are two $1 million a year for life top prizes and 234 prizes of $1 million with this specific game. Make sure you check your tickets because you could be a winner and make a lot of extra cash!
