Lutz, Tampa, Palm Harbor and Brooksville are where to go this week to get the cheapest prices on gas. Gas prices are up another 13 cents in the Tampa area this week, according to AAA. Channel 8 says the national average is $3.72. Here in the Tampa area, they say the average is $3.48.
