WrestleMania Tampa Tickets Info
It’s pro wrestling’s biggest day of the year and WrestleMania is coming to Tampa Sunday, April 5 at Raymond James Stadium. For those looking to snag a pair of tickets, here’s all you need to know.
Tickets
There will be a pre-sale November 13th starting at 10am with the general on sale to the public starting two days later on November 15 at 10am. Tickets can be purchased at ticketmaster.com or at Amalie Arena. Pricing details have not yet been released by WWE. Ray J holds 65,000. Online ticket resellers are already selling tickets starting at about $150 plus fees for the upper 300 level corner seats. Last year’s WrestleMania ticket prices ranged from $35 for the “nosebleeds” to $2,500 for ringside seats.
Day of the Show Info
Gates will open at 3:30pm with the first match kicking off at 5:30pm. Raymond James Stadium has not yet determined when parking lots will open.
Getting There
Just like Bucs games, you can brave the traffic and drive yourself to Ray J and park. Or if you’d rather let someone else do the driving, there is a drop off spot for Uber riders just north of the stadium on Dale Mabry across from Steinbrenner Field. The pick up area after the event is at the Steinbrenner Field parking lot. Police do issue tickets to Uber drivers that don’t follow the rules. I’d personally suggest paying a friend to do the drive for you – the wait can be super long after a Ray J concert so WrestleMania will likely be no different.
The Card
Since the show is still months away, the WrestleMania 36 card hasn’t been announced yet, but speculation is that Brock Lesnar vs. Cain Velasquez will be one attraction. Hulk Hogan has said he’d like to be a part of the event too, telling the LA Times he wants his last match to be in a WWE ring. It would be even more special given Hogan’s ties to Tampa.
