Woman Does Something Terrible To Her Boyfriend Hours After He Inherited Money
A North Dakota woman is facing some very serious charges after doing something terrible to her boyfriend. According to this report from the New York Post, 47-year-old, Ina Thea Kenoyer, was charged with murder after she allegedly poisoned him after hearing about his plans to end their relationship. This is all allegedly because the victim had just inherited $30 million hours earlier.
An autopsy on the victim showed that he was poisoned with anti-freeze. He showed up to the lawyer’s office to finalize paperwork on the inheritance and he appeared to be ill according to witnesses. Kenoyer called 911 for help the next day. When paramedics arrived at the residence the victim was not responsive. He was transported to the hospital where he died the next day.
The victim had revealed that he had plans to leave Kenoyer after inheriting the large sum of cash and the police have hypothesized that Kenoyer had murdered him in an attempt to secure her share of the inheritance.
Kenoyer had been in a common-law marriage with the victim, but the state they reside in (North Dakota) does not recognize that type of relationship.
Police allege that Kenoyer had fed the victim the anti-freeze and was arrested for felony murder. She is currently being held without bond and has decided to represent herself in court.
Poisoned Boyfriend With Anti-Freeze
Kenoyer had also previously talked about using anti-freeze to poison the victim. According to The Daily Beast, friends and family of the victim told authorities that Kenoyer had discussed doing this before. It’s also been reported that she was planning on leaving the victim once she obtained the inheritance.
Initially, Kenoyer tried to say that it was heat stroke that killed the victim. She also claimed he had been drinking that day and that could have played a part in his death. However, toxicology tests reportedly found no alcohol in the victim’s system at the time of his death. Additionally, The Daily Beast points out that she claimed the victim could have consumed anti-freeze by smoking a cigarette that could have fallen into anti-freeze in their garage.
Anti-Freeze Poisoning
According to MedlinePlus, the poisonous ingredients in anti-freeze are: Ethylene glycol, Methanol, and Propylene glycol. Additionally, MedlinePlus points out that symptoms of anti-freeze poisoning happens in different parts of the body. These signs include rapid breathing, blood in urine, no urine output, blurred vision, blue lips, fatigue, and more.

Mug shots go on to become iconic for a number of reasons. These reasons vary, and are rarely ever for a good reason. Sometimes it’s for the story behind the arrest. However, most of the time it seems like these pictures end up going viral because of how the individual looks in the picture.
