A Florida woman is in some trouble after abusing a public service.

50 year old Carla Jefferson has made more than 11,000 harassing phone calls to an emergency line this year alone.  She reportedly admitted that she “loves playing this game.”

According to investigators she harasses, belittles, swears at, argues with the employees who answer the calls. When officers arrive to Jefferson’s residence she retreats inside, and refuses to answer the door. She has also given officers the middle finger and scream at them through the windows.

Finally enough was enough and she was arrested.
