The 3 Days Fireworks Are Legal In Florida
The loophole has been closed. Until last year, fireworks in Florida were only permitted for use to scare away birds from your crops. Given that most of your crops are probably sitting in the fridge crisper, you might have been telling a little fib when you bought those things that go bang and boom and light up the sky.
But since signed into law in April of 2020, you can now legally use fireworks in Florida – but only on three days of the year. Although your neighbors may be unaware of this. The 3 legal days: the 4th of July, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
