The Heavy Metal Butt Workout That’ll Make You’re Glutes Burn Like Hell
Let’s just be honest: Most of us have likely let our workout routines suffer thanks to the coronavirus pandemic. However, if you’re a metalhead, this quick workout might just be the thing to help get your butt literally back into shape.
Embedded below is a very intense lower body routine from Instagram “black metal beauty guru” Lydia (@borkvlt.) The routine shows Lydia in a field with goats (a nice metal touch, BTW) wearing a resistance band around her thighs while doing a series of different squats, lunges and leg lifts. She then transitions to a yoga mat where she does a number of different moves including glute bridges.
The whole routine is set to “Death to Death Metal” by comedic black metal band Witch Taint, because some things you just can make up.
