Man Could Get 7 Years For Drunk Dunkin’ Dispute
A man could get 7 years behind bars after his drunk Dunkin’ dispute. When the popular coffee chain couldn’t fill his order he had a bit of what we like to call here on Dave & Chuck “The Freak” a “fast-food freakout.”
Now, this customers drunk tantrum over pumpkin donuts could end up with him spending many years behind bars. Here’s more on the crime below.
Man Arrested After Drunk Dunkin’ Tirade
It’s far from your classic “go nuts for donuts.” According to Daily News, Antonio Rosario (who has previously served time for attempted murder) was caught with a loaded gun after his freakout at a Williamsburg Dunkin’ location because employees couldn’t fill his order. Clearly, this guy has never heard the old song, “You Can’t Always Get What You Want” by The Rolling Stones. Instead, he had to learn the hard way.
Court documents show one of the store workers described the dispute to a 911 dispatcher saying, “He wants six pumpkin donuts. It’s the stupidest thing. He wants six pumpkin donuts, but we only have five at the moment, so now he’s screaming all in our face, telling us, ‘You’re gonna f****** make it.'” That sounds incredibly scary!
Rosario was apprehended and arrested. He pleaded guilty to a federal firearm charge and is now facing roughly 6-7 years in prison when he’s sentenced in July. Turns out, this isn’t his first run-in with the law. He severed 5 years for attempted murder and escape conviction in 2009 and he’s still on parole for a 2014 robbery conviction, according to Daily News.
Daily News reports he also made headlines back in September of 2021, when his girlfriend feared he might die of COVID after he was in Rikers Island.
Drunk Dunkin’ Dude And Other Fast-Food Freakouts
This drunk Dunkin’ encounter is just the latest fast-food freakout talked about on Dave & Chuck “The Freak.” There have been several other ones recently, including people throwing food at Chipotle, a dispute over price at Burger King, and more!
