Britney Spears Fans Call Police To Her Home After Instagram Deletion
Britney Spears accepts the Vanguard Award onstage at the 29th Annual GLAAD Media Awards at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on April 12, 2018 in Beverly Hills, California.
Britney Spears’ fans have gotten very concerned with her well-being. They believed something was seriously wrong with her when her Instagram page was gone. Per gossip website TMZ, Ventura Co. police were called to do a welfare check on the singer at home to see if she was in any danger. Spears’ Instagram was deleted at some point in the last 12 hours. That seemingly alarmed fans to the point of thinking she was in need of help.
Deputies from the sheriff’s office then went out to Britney’s Thousand Oaks home. However, they determined there was no reason to believe she was in danger. It is unclear if they spoke to Britney directly, or if someone else assured them she was okay.
The incident comes a week after Britney, 41, was spotted at a local restaurant with her husband, Sam Asghari. They were immediately recognized by other diners at the restaurant. Many of whom filmed the pair as they tried to enjoy their outing. This apparently annoyed Britney, who apparently grew visibly irritated, resulting in what the onlookers described as a “manic” episode. Some took Sam leaving the table as frustration. Others noted that jumping to conclusions was super harmful given that the full picture was so unclear.
Asghari clarified what went down at JOEY restaurant the following day. The actor and fitness trainer, 28, claimed a “manic” episode “didn’t happen,” and that he left to get the car. Sam said, “It’s frustrating. Absolutely frustrating…. When you sit down to have a meal, people get their cameras out and start filming you and stuff. It’s disrespectful. You know what it is? Fame comes with the territory.”
Spears herself addressed the situation on Instagram. “I’m sure I brought a billion SMILES to me LOOKING LIKE SHREK at a restaurant. Even my best friend couldn’t WAIT TO SEND IT TO ME, THEY DON’T THINK TWICE.” She added that the news was “all hyped about me being a little drunk at a restaurant … it’s like they’ll be WATCHING MY EVERY MOVE !!! I’m so flattered they talk about me like a maniac THEN have the balls to talk about all the negative things that happened in my past !!!”
Britney Spears' Sons Are Angry At Her, Haven't Spoken In Months
Britney Spears has not seen her sons in five months because they feel uncomfortable around her and have received upsetting texts from her, according to ex-husband Kevin Federline’s lawyer.
Per gossip website TMZ, after the singer posted to Instagram (and has since deleted the post) about her relationship with her kids Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15. Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan said Federline has never trash-talked her to their kids. According to Kaplan, the teenagers made the decision to stay away from their mother on their own and that they have not had a single overnight stay with Britney in years. Kaplan added that Federline believes the boys love their mom, but they’re angry at her.
Kevin is annoyed Britney referred to his house as having “more weed than Ludacris, 50 Cent, Jay-Z and Puff Daddy combined!!!!”
Britney’s lawyer, Matthew Rosengart, released a statement in response to Kevin sharing private videos on Instagram: “Britney Spears is a brilliantly-talented, extremely-hardworking icon, who is rightfully beloved and respected by millions around the world. The same, unfortunately, can not be said about Mr. Federline, who for reasons that are inexplicable, decided to give a gratuitous interview that has hurt the mother of his children.”
Britney’s husband Sam Asghari came to his wife’s defense on Instagram, writing about Federline, “His character is revealed by approval of the cruel 13 CShip and his loyalty to Jaimie indicates his approval at time of its conception as well.”
Asghari’s concluded his Story with a laugh, writing, “I will not comment on this matter again except to say I have a job,” with a crying laughing emoji.
