Someone Passes Gas During Lightning and Canucks Game
It's the fart heard round the world as someone loudly passed gas during the live broadcast of the Lightning and Canucks Game!
In what’s being called “fart gate” on the internet, someone in the broadcast booth let one rip during Wednesday’s game between the Vancouver Canucks and Tampa Bay Lighting. Yeah now people are trying to figure out who passed gas during the Lightning and Canucks Game.
Sportsnet broadcasters John Shorthouse and John Garrett were covering the game, which was held at Canada’s Rogers Arena, when the sound of someone passing gas was sent out over the airwaves. The startling noise prompted Shorthouse to ask Garrett, “Was that you?” His co-host then denied floating an air biscuit and the pair had a good laugh over the incident.
The Bolts ended up winning the game 5-2.
