Horror Themed Christmas Walk Comes to Plant City
People are angry if you start setting up your Christmas tree right after Halloween but how about those people who decide to leave their Halloween decorations up till Christmas. A Plant City attraction is doing just that as the have a Horror Christmas Walk coming to Plant City. Sir Henry’s Haunted Trail, over at 2837 South Frontage Road, will be open Dec. 9-11 and Dec. 16-17, around 6:30-10:30 p.m. or 6:30-9:30 p.m. Give or take a few minutes for night to fall.
They have released the themes for the walk this year they are “Slay Bells” and “Krampusnacht II.” Slay Bells surrounds the idea if the North Pole become just a place of chaos and terror! As children stopped believing in Santa the magic left the North Pole causing the yule tide spirit to turn evil. because of this Santa is refusing to leave the North Pole leaving the elves to plot revenge on children for boss.
Krampuscacht II is about spoiled children who look down on those less fortunate. Local children have begged Santa to bring coal to those who have looked down upon them, but the message has been intercepted. Krampus has come to take these children who when they wake up Christmas Morning, they are not in their cozy beds but in the clutches of the evil spirit.
Both trails are open at the same time and admission will include access to both. There is free parking, a main area with character encounters and photo opportunities and a “centerpiece” performance. Admission goes from $25 per person, to $35 for upgrades. A portion of the ticket sales goes to Folds of Honor, a nonprofit organization that provides scholarships to families of fallen or disabled military and first responders
