TV Theme Song Reunites Lost Cockatiel with Family

A family in Pennsylvania was reunited with their missing their pet cockatiel after it escaped for three years. A woman found it on her porch, posted a photo to Facebook and was eventually contacted by the potential owner. In order to prove it was their pet, they knew it would react in a certain way to the ‘The Andy Griffith Show’ theme song. The cockatiel started whistling along and dancing, and a stroke of luck brought the bird back to it’s family.
