Argument Over A Parking Space Leaves 29 Year Old Man Dead in St. Pete
29 year old Gilbert Ray Bush is dead after being shot early this morning after a parking space dispute, according to IONTB.
This happened downtown St. Pete on the 200 block of 1st Avenue North around midnight last night. Police say 23 year old Charles Edward Bentley was standing with some friends in the parking spot. Bush wanted to park in the space. Some kind of argument broke out and ended with gunfire. Police say Bentley shot Bush multiple times and left the scene on foot. Bush was taken to Bayfront hospital but did not survive.
Bentley is now charged with second degree murder. They say he was found and arrested not far from where the incident took place. [Source: IONTB]
