Texas Woman Arrested After Joining 4th of July Parade On Tractor Without Permission
A 61-year-old woman in Rockwall, Texas was arrested after joining the 4th of July parade without permission on a tractor. When she was told she wasn’t allowed to participate, she started driving low-speed on her tractor. After a brief chase with authorities, she crashed into a fence.
