A man that NYC police are calling a vagrant was charged with public lewdness charges after cops caught him getting up to no good outside of the American Eagle in Times Square.
Deaven Russell was the vagrant busted in Times Square for brazenly pleasuring himself just feet from passersby and tourists, including a young girl with her mom.
Someone captured the act on video and posted it on Twitter. It is very NSFW the person who posted it tried to censor the man’s genitalia, but missed a few spots. You can watch it below.
