An 11-year-old in Baton Rouge, Louisiana was arrested after he stole and empty school bus and took it for a joyride. A woman recorded video of the bus zooming past her and said she couldn’t believe it was a young kid. According to the witness, the boy was laughing and seemed to be enjoying himself. He eventually crashed into a tree and luckily no one was hurt.
