Tennessee Woman Arrested After Chewing On Horse’s Mane Thinking It Was Candy
A woman in Jacksboro, Tennessee was arrested and charged with public intoxication after she was seen chewing on a mini horse’s mane. She told officers that she believed it was candy saying, “the horses hair is made of Laffy Taffy and Airhead candy”. She admitted that she had taken meth the day before.
