Ohio Man Arrested Second Time For Driving Nude

A former city prosecutor in Ohio has been arrested again after being accused of driving naked on the highway and exposing himself to a woman. He was fired from his job back in 2006 for walking around the government office nude and in 2019 received a separate public indecency charge.
