Florida Man Finds Himself Quarantined Alone With 200 Parrots

A man in Tampa Bay has found himself basically trapped inside his bird sanctuary with 200 parrots due to an ongoing property dispute with a neighbor. It’s technically illegal for him to leave, so it’s just him and the birds.
