Florida High School Senior Accepted To All 8 Ivy League Schools
A high school senior in Jacksonville, FL can attend his choice of Ivy League school this fall – because he was accepted by all eight of them.
Craig McFarland says Yale was the first to send a letter of acceptance, followed by Princeton, Columbia, Penn, Brown, Dartmouth, Cornell, and Harvard. In total, 17 universities have accepted McFarland, with several offering full scholarships.
McFarland says he’s narrowed it down to four schools and will make his choice by May 1st. His decision was difficult because the pandemic kept him from visiting campuses in person. He plans study biochemistry and linguistics.
