Man Arrested in Florida for Handing Out Marijuana ‘Because it was Christmas’

A man in St. Petersburg, Florida was arrested with 45 grams of of marijuana on him after he was handing out marijuana to people on the street. When police confronted him, he said he was doing it because it was Christmas.
