Whiskey Distillery Makes It’s Way To Tampa Bay
Way deep in the Chassahowitzka Wildlife Management Area you will find our own local distillery.
NJoy Spirits Distillery is FAR but I am willing to drive to get me some local alcohol. The creators say they started out to strive to make “America’s finest 100% Rye Whiskey.” This is why they start the process in the fields where they grow sugarcane and rye grain on their 80-acre farm. Their whiskey is 100% rye.
