A Guy Was Arrested For Stealing Lap Dances
This is not the first time we’ve heard of someone stealing lap dances. It appears that it’s something that guys do from time to time. Just last year a guy from Pennsylvania did the same thing. Guys, don’t steal lap dances.
According to The Smoking Gun, “A man has been arrested for a lap dance heist, police report. According to a criminal complaint, John Elberson, 39, unlawfully obtained “the property of another, to wit: lap dances, of the value of $160.” Florida cops charge that the lap dances were “the property of Reign Ladies and Gents,” a Clearwater establishment that promises visitors “an atmosphere of opulence and grandeur” and where “every corner of our venue radiates an air of exclusivity.””
We are not sure how many dances the man received but, $160 doesn’t sound like it could be more than a couple. Unless, prices have changed since our days in the strip clubs. And, if it goes by the song, he probably sat through a couple knowing that he didn’t have the money to pay for it.
A thief of a different kind. Theft of a lap dance. As I said before, it has happened before but it’s not common place.
If you’re going to go get a lap dance make sure you have the money for it. It’s the same as anything. You receive a service, you have to pay for it. Whether it be a restaurant bill, a bar tap, or even a lap dance from a stripper at the club.
