Pro-wrestling icon Chris Jericho has donated $2,500 to the family of the Uber eats driver who was killed in a botched car jacking.

Mohammad Anwar, a 66-year-old food delivery driver who immigrated from Pakistan in 2014 was killed last Tuesday in Washington D.C. when two teenaged girls tased him and tried to steal his car while he was hanging out of it.

Jericho heard about the story and said “I just thought the whole situation was terrible and it really hit me hard.”  He also said, “It’s not much, but it’s the most I could do to try and bring some light into a dark situation.”A video of the car jacking can be seen below and, the GoFundMe page is closing in on $1 million .
