This year's parade has been postponed, according to Channel 10.
As coronavirus cases surge again in Florida, many Tampa Bay area events are being pushed back or called off.

Initially, a limited number of fans were let in to watch games. However, basketball and hockey games at Amalie Arena will no longer be open to the public as of January 9.
Florida State Fair

From their website: " Originally scheduled for February 11-22, 2021, the Florida State Fair competitions, entertainment, carnival, and other attractions and activities will now be rescheduled for some time in April, pending COVID-19 health status."
Grand Prix of St. Petersburg

The races have been pushed back to April 23-25, 2021.
Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival

ABC Action News reported January 7 that this year's event has been called off.

This year's events are not canceled, but they have been pushed back. The children's parade will be on April 10 with the big parade one week later on April 17. The Sant'Yago Knight Parade will happen on May 1.
Tampa Bay Lightning

The Lightning released a statement January 9 saying that the plan to allow a limited number of fans in at Amalie Arena is off.
Florida Strawberry Festival

Concerts won't happen this year, but you can still get that strawberry shortcake as the festival will go on as planned March 4-March 14.
Super Bowl

It'll be a very different event that what we got excited for when the NFL announced Tampa would host the 2021 Super Bowl, but the game will still happen at Raymond James Stadium.
