It’s only the beginning of the year and it already feels like we could use another drink. Whether it’s the boss man giving you crap about the project that needs done or the wife that won’t quit nagging you about going to the gym. We all need a little get away. A place of our own where we can let loose at 11AM, with good food and most importantly they nectar of life Alcohol! Because no brunch is ever complete until your two pitchers back with that guy from accounting. We gathered 10 of the top rated and greatest places to get your day drink on in Tampa Bay!

  • Coconut Charlies Beach Bar and Gril- Saint Pete Beach

    It’s never too early to pour a tall one and just call in to work and Coconut Charlies does that. They open at a crisp 7:30 so you might want to order yourself a Irish coffee when you get there. They have a 4-star rating on Yelp and boast about their breakfast lunch and dinner meals along with really great happy hour specials.

  • Corner Club- Tampa

    You know the best place to hide from your wife or boss is in plain sight and when it comes to a plain site with above average taste there is none other than Corner Club of Tampa. They open up at 8Am and serve some of the best breakfast I have ever had with mimosas a plenty. Doors open at 8 so you can just avoid the morning rush and hang out here.

  • The Attic Cafe- Tampa

    Any place that offers Sangria is already sold in my books. They even have bottomless mimosas to add onto a pretty damn good brunch menu. Located in the Heart of Tampa you might be rubbing elbows with someone else who hates their boss enough to toast with at 8AM.

  • Datz- Tampa

    It’ where al the top brass of the Air Force would go if they weren’t too scared to be caught day drinking. Burger’s tacos and a whole wide array of different foods, and the thing that attracts all of us to them a pitcher of mimosa. That’s right normally you could buy yourself a pitcher of beer not here you get yourself the good stuff. Opens at 8AM.

  • Caddy's- Treasure Island

    Well, if you’re going to be drunk, you might as well be drunk on the beach, and here is one of the top-rated beach bars in all of the Bay Area. Caddy’s over on Treasure Island has one of the best views and great drink specials, and they are open early for those of you tourists who decided not to sleep in. Opening at 8AM it’ll be a great spot to drink and people-watch.

  • Mangos Restaurant and Tiki Bar- Redington Beach

    Possibly one of my favorite little hideaways in all of the Bay area. Wheter you are trying to ditch the boss or ditch the wife Mangoes is great. It has great selection of food and drinks and you can start ordering before the first meeting starts at 8AM.

  • Tacos, Tequila, and Rum- Clearwater

    It’s all in the name right, Tacos Tequila and Rum, and it’s all delicious. Some great menu items at this blink and you’ll miss it place as your driving by on Clearwater. Opens at 8:30 AM and you can be sure to catch us there.

  • Salty's Island Bar & Grille- Clearwater

    What if I told you Happy Hour is all day, you’d probably think I am crazy or you would probably be walking into Salty’s. There is a plenty of good food and great atmosphere on the beaches of Clearwater. Doors open at 8:30 AM. Look for the twostory building with the bright red roof.

  • BRGR Kitchen and Bar- Treasure Island

    BRGR thats right you read that correctly BRGR. Its the earliest opening place on our list and for a great reason. Any place offering this kinda cuisine with all the best alchoholic beverages you want to be there when it opens at 7:00AM before the crowds get there.

  • Clear Sky Draught Haus- Dunedin

    Have you heard of the Dunedin Mile? A mile stretch of bars and breweries that you can all walk to. Any City with that kind of work ethic really knows how to party in the early AM. In fact at 8AM when they open Clear Sky and Draught Haus has you covered.
