This thing is better than your head! It’s like a pumpkin. It looks insanely delicious and also looks like it would lead to a serious food coma. This thing would put you out after eating 1/8 of it! Check out the viral video shared on TikTok by @freakeating below. This thing is unbelievable.
I love crazy food concoctions like this. Do we need a 10-pound cinnamon roll? No. Would I travel far distances to try one? Absolutely. This dessert is probably incredibly helpful for the local economy there. I don’t know what else is a big draw out in a small rural town like that. People probably come from all over to try it and I don’t blame them one bit.
It sounds like Stuffy’s is known for making big items like this one but this is definitely the one getting the most attention. According to Fox News, they’ve been selling the popular item for 11 years now and thanks to TikTok it’s really been taking off again. Stuffy’s owner Glenda Duling tells Fox News, “Eleven years ago, we had a competitive eater by the name of Jamie McDonald contact us to see if we could double the size of the 5-pound-ish cinnamon rolls that we were currently doing so he could eat [them] while he filmed it for his YouTube channel.” Good thing he hit them up! Now it’s a big deal! Sounds like McDonald aka The Bear was able to finish it after an hour and 15 minutes! There’s even a contest now named after him. If I’m ever in the area I have to give it a try!
