Ring Is Offering $100,000 for Undeniable Footage of a Real Ghost
Ring Wants Your Undeniable Footage of a Real Ghost
It’s spooky season. With Halloween right around the corner, you won’t be able to miss the ghost stories, hauntings and scary movies in the news and on social media. We on the show are skeptics. But, we have also had some spooky experiences ourselves that leave us questioning if ghosts are real. If you can provide undeniable footage of a real ghost, then you might be able to make some money.
According to USA Today, Ring, the “home security company announced a haunted competition Tuesday with a chilling $100,000 prize. The contest, open only to Americans that are at least 18 years old, is to submit the most compelling paranormal activity captured by a Ring device.” Ring’s ‘Great Ghost Search’ is looking for users to provide undeniable footage of a real ghost, captured in their home, with 100-word description of what they found.
So, if you think you have paranormal activities taking place in your home then you better get recording. Submissions are due by November 1st and only the first 5,000 submissions will be entered.
Our Experiences
If you’ve been around the show for a while then you may have heard our spooky encounters. Dave and Chuck have told the story of Chuck’s old house. When Dave was staying there, he was awake very early in the morning already working because of the noises coming from an upstairs room. Andy lived in a place for a while and eventually was told by some maintenance workers that the place was haunted. I have told a couple stories about my son recently giving off some creepy vibes. He woke up in the morning to find my son wandering, and then in a demonic voice said, “Dada!”. Also, he’s been talking about someone named “Jado”, who apparently lives in his basement and is mean.
