Rat Scares Passengers On Spirit Airlines Flight Out Of Dallas
A rat scared passengers on a Spirit Airlines flight out of Dallas. You might have heard about snakes on a plane, but what about rats?
I think snakes would be much much worse. However, you definitely don’t want to find rats on your plane! Unfortunately, it seems like that’s what happened on a Spirit Airlines flight from Dallas, Texas heading to Los Angeles, California. Maybe this rat just had dreams of leaving cowboy life behind in Texas and finally making it big in Tinseltown?
Rat Found On Spirit Airlines Flight Out Of Dallas
Video of the rat onboard the Spirit Airlines flight is now going viral online. It already has more than 2 million views on Instagram and that number is only going to continue to climb. The video is captioned, “This was seen on a flight from Dallas to LAX this week.” The video was originally shot by @chuck_hustle817 it looks like.
In the video, you can see rodent feet perched inside a light on the cabin ceiling. Could be a dangerous spot for a rat to hang out. That’s both for the rat and the people on board. It’s also a very scary shadow to have hanging over you. You don’t want that light to fall down or the cover to fall off sending the rat down upon you. No, thank you! You can see that video below. How would you react if you saw this on a flight you were on? No way I’d be able to relax after seeing that.
It’s truly like something in a horror movie! That shadow is so scary! You don’t want to see that. Nobody should have to see that on a plane. Of course, that’s just part of flying Spirit Airlines, I guess. It seems like whenever there’s a crazy story onboard a flight…it usually ends up being a Spirit flight. Flying at a discounted rate comes with its perks and some drawbacks, unfortunately.
One commenter on Instagram said, “Somebody would have had to tell me what’s up there, we’re not about to just keep flying while something is crawling on top of my head,” per The New York Post. Another commenter joked, “You’re flying Chuck E. Cheese Airlines.” It’s easy to joke about as long as you weren’t on that flight! I’d be scared the rat might bite a wire and turn off all the power or something on accident. You never know!
