Turns out, the man isn’t just claiming it happened! There was an arrest made! Now, a suspected prostitute is set to appear in court in August after allegedly stealing an $85K Rolex watch and a $35K gold necklace from a guest staying at the Bellagio Las Vegas Hotel. You have to be careful who you invite into your room!

According to Casino.org, the incident happened back in July of 2022 but the suspect, Maiah Meleschi, was finally arrested earlier this month. It sounds like it was your typical Vegas night. Casino.org reports the pair met at a Blackjack table before going up to his room around 5am. Police tell Casino.org that he paid her $1K for sex and then fell asleep and when he woke up she was gone, as was his Rolex, chain, and roughly $3K in cash.

She must have been feeling pretty bold because she was spotted on surveillance cameras leaving the hotel wearing both the chain and his watch, per Casino.org. It’s currently not known what happened to the watch and cash but the necklace was sold at a pawn shop for $11,600, Casino.org reports.
