Now, we'll introduce you to Ann Marie Luna. According to The Smoking Gun, Luna chucked the cinnamon roll at the back of a 49-year-old victim's head hitting him at the base of the neck. This incident happened at a transitional housing facility in St. Petersburg, Florida, per The Smoking Gun.

There's no word on the motive behind the crime but it was caught by security cameras. Despite not being injured by the cinnamon roll, the victim does want to see her prosecuted, per The Smoking Gun. She has since been charged with misdemeanor battery and booked into the county jail. The Smoking Gun reports a judge ordered Luna to stay away from the victim. She should probably also stay away from sweet desserts.

It would be unfortunate to be struck by a cinnamon roll. They're so sticky it's hard to get that icing off after eating them--imagine it stuck on your neck? Ew. It would also be a bummer because it's such a sweet and pleasant smell. You don't want to start associating that with being struck by a dessert. That smell is supposed to be delightful and welcoming--not traumatic!
