Popular Tampa Food Truck Is Finally Getting Brick And Mortar Locations
If you’ve been to any St. Pete or Tampa Bay area brewery recently then you’ve probably seen or smelled the deliciousness of Shiso Crispy food truck. After three years of building three different food trucks, Shiso Crispy is finally going to have a brick-and-mortar location. Owner Ronicca Whaley was super pumped to share the exciting news on her social media.
Shiso Crispy is known around the bay area for their amazing signature Asian fusion creations. Some must-try menu items are the lobster rangoon or handmade gyoza. Not only has Ronicca been featured in the New York Times, but she was also a two-time contestant on Food Network’s Guy’s Grocery Games.
Where can you find Shiso Crispy?
The restaurant was going to be located at Tyrone Gardens in St. Pete, next to a brand new Crunch Fitness. Now, a second location in St. Pete is in the works. Lookout for Shiso Crispy on 15th and Central by the new Green Bench Brewery project. This is going to be the perfect late-night spot for anyone bar-hopping downtown. As exciting as this news is for any foodie in the Tampa Bay area, we’ll have to wait a few more weeks for renovations to be complete. Ronicca shared on Social media that she hopes to open the St. Pete location by the end of the month, or early November. We’ll have to wait a little longer for the Tyrone location.
