Officers say he had glassy eyes and smelled of alcohol.

It was a harrowing sight for sure. A man was swerving and careening down the aisles at a local Walmart, police officers falling in behind and attempting multiple PIT maneuvers. Investigators say a 39-year-old Florida man arrested and charged with driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated after a short chase that slid and beeped its way through the store as shoppers casually stepped aside and watched the madness unfold. When the dust cleared, officers charged the man for allegations of driving a motorized scooter while drunk. So that’s a thing now. The scuffle started when employees reported a shopper had been seen driving erratically on a motorized cart. Witnesses also said they observed a backpack sitting in the cart’s basket that contained an open bottle of Smirnoff vodka. When approached and questioned by police, officers said the man had glassy eyes and smelled like alcohol. When the officers first tried to talk to the man, they say he was unresponsive and was eventually was removed from the store on a stretcher. The suspect declined a breathalyzer test, so he was arrested and booked in the Brevard County jail. The man faces charges of DUI, refusal with prior citation, disorderly intoxication and possession of an open container of alcohol. Source: ClickOrlando.com

Musicians, Entertainers & Cultural Figures We've Lost in 2022

Sean Roberts was conceived in the Corvette Assembly Plant in Bowling Green, Kentucky by two passionate, panel aligning, third shifters who had grown bored with the same ole same ole. Upon birth, he was placed in the trunk of a new Stingray and sent off to find his destiny. That destiny included several stints on radio stations across the United States. Some played punk country gospel, while others focused on Croatian death metal played backwards. After many years and many adventures, Sean wound up on The Shark, where he does shots of tequila while playing the most badass tunes ever created by humankind. He remains humble, however, never forgetting about the lean years...the street corners and dark alleys where he played songs on his car stereo for food and sex. He's on top and he's never gonna stop LIVING THE DREAM!
