Mastry’s Brewing Plans 41,000-Square-Foot Complex in Pinellas Park
An old factory building at 5805 Park Blvd. in Pinellas Park will become a massive 41,000-square-foot mixed-use development. The space will house a 5,000-square-foot brewery next to a huge 36,000-square-foot market area. The project, called Park Junction, is expected to create more than 100 jobs in the area. The building will mix business and leisure spaces, including offices, artist studios, event spaces, a tap room, commercial kitchens, and a rooftop venue.
Mastry's Brewing Co. has outgrown its current location, says founder and CEO Matthew Dahm. The move represents a major expansion for both their beer and spirits production. They're hoping to submit permit applications by early 2025. Construction should take roughly twelve months to complete.
The project faced several setbacks before finding its footing. After dealing with hurricane damage and COVID-19 delays, they finally found the perfect spot on Park Boulevard. Workers have demolished the previous building, preparing the site for construction.
The new development aligns with Pinellas Park's downtown redevelopment goals. The vision is to create something similar to Tampa's popular markets – a bustling space filled with local vendors and eateries.
