Tampa Bay Brewery Offering 55 Cent Beer This Weekend
Run, don’t walk to Bastest Brewing this Saturday! One of the newest brewery in Tampa Bay is having a big celebration this weekend in honor of the owners 55th birthday. This is how you celebrate another trip around the sun. Tom does so much more than “run the business” at Bastest. You can find him running around helping however he can, including behind the bar.
There are a couple disclaimers. First is that this deal is only happening on Saturday, April 8 from 3p-3:55p. Yup only for 55 minutes (see the theme here?). Second, there are only two beers allowed per customer. Which is pretty fair, otherwise things could get real messy. Third, the only beer you can grab for 55 cents is the blueberry lager called Egyptian Blue. Think about it, they wouldn’t be giving away a super high ABV beer for less than a dollar. But it will still be tasty!
Baset has pretty great reviews on Yelp. Since they’ve only been open since 2020, they still fly under the radar in a city with tons of breweries. They have over 20 beers on tap, so once you go through your 2 beers for a little over a dollar, try some of their other styles.
