  • Leg 1 – Las Vegas Raiders at Cincinnati Bengals, Saturday January 15th

    The Raiders are coming off a huge win against their division rival Los Angeles Chargers, and the Bengals are coming off a loss to the Browns but that game was without Burrow, Mixon and a few others.  

    Playing football this late into the year is not usual for these teams, but both teams have the firepower to make this one very watchable.  

    Both these offenses can put up points very quickly, but there’s one thing that worries me. Carr in the cold weather.  

    In his career, when the temperature was 37 degrees or colder, Carr is 0-5 and never scored above 17 points. On the other side of the ball, I expect Madd Max Crosby to be playing out of his mind forcing Burrow into some quick decisions. 

    I lean under here, but I am going to go with the Raiders team total only because of what I know Burrow is capable of. 

    PICK: Raiders Team Total UNDER 21.5 

  • Leg 2 – Arizona Cardinals at Los Angeles Rams, Monday January 17th 

    The Rams and Cardinals are two teams you never know what you’re going to get with them. At times, both of these teams looked like serious contenders to hoist the Lombardi, but with injuries and such each team plummeted.  

    Each of the two times these teams played, the Over cashed and there’s no reason why we shouldn’t go back to this.  

    Both solid defenses I know, but turnovers can and should result in short field opportunities which means more points.  

    I’m thinking this one will flirt with 60 total points so in my opinion this is a pretty favorable line. 

    PICK: Total Points OVER 49.5
