A 21 gun salute was performed today in Lutz at services for Pinellas Deputy Michael Hartwick who was killed in the line of duty September 22. A hit and run crash took the life of the 51 year old father as he kept work crews safe on I-275. Pastor Ken Whitten said Hartwick was “a good and noble man… a giver and a very generous man” who was always smiling.
