Florida man was losing his buzz and had a hankering for ice cream. That's why he called 911 several times, asking the operator if they could restock him. When cops arrived at the apartment of Micheal Gables of Punta Gorda, they told him that his requests were not emergencies, so they would not be able to help him. The next day, Gables called again with the same request. That's when cops showed up again and arrested the man for abusing the emergency number. - Sean Roberts
