Florida Man On A Tricycle Fights Another With A Machete
This incident with a Florida Man on a tricycle all played out in Volusia County, Florida. According to WFTV 9, a man got into a fight with another man early on Sunday morning at the beach over the tricycle's flashlights. Reports say the victim was the one riding a tricycle down the beach with a machete in his basket when the suspect confronted him over the flashlight he was using as headlights. That's when an argument broke out.
WFTV 9 reports that the suspect then armed himself with the machete the victim had in his bike's basket. He was attacked by his own machete! That's a great reason to never carry one to begin with. Reports say the suspect hit the victim with the machete on his right thigh and the two men started fighting over control of the weapon. Both were cut during the fight but the victim ended up with his machete back.
WFTV 9 reports that the victim drove away on his tricycle but called 911 and was eventually taken to the hospital to treat his non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators believe they found a possible person of interest in the area but did not have enough to hold the suspect in custody. So, they photographed him and released him. What a crazy non-ending for this weird story! How can you do all of that out in public and not get caught or identified? Just another early Sunday morning in beautiful Florida!
