Janis Joplin would’ve turned 80 today (January 19), and what better way to celebrate Janis’s birthday than by toasting her with one of her favorite spirits:  Southern Comfort.

  SoCo, amaretto, peach schnapps, orange juice, pineapple juice with a splash of grenadine? This drink is fully loaded!

• Hot Apple Pie Cocktail

  A drink that’s basically liquid dessert?  How could anyone resist?

• SoCo Float

  Yes, this is basically another liquid dessert, but when SoCo, vanilla vodka and root beer are involved, that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
