Each year Mexican food lovers celebrate their love for these deliciously stuffed tortillas on the first Thursday in April. So it's right around the corner. It's happening on April 4 this year.

We've seen burritos have somewhat of an evolution. The OG Mexican burrito is going to be largely stuffed with meat and beans. But obviously, burritos aren't just a Mexican thing. Their popularity has spread around the world, and we can find them everywhere. We certainly love burritos in America and specifically, Tampa has some great spots. We'll get into those in just a moment.

There's one spot that I wanted to put on the list for their creativity and because I'm a major sushi lover. Technically, they serve burritos. But I couldn't quite fit Zukku on the list. They are located at 1910 N Ola Avenue in Tampa Heights.
