Made plans for New Year’s Eve 2023? Sure there are the ginormous city celebrations, but that means fighting traffic and big crowds. Here are 4 options that look like they might be a more fun, more chill way to bring in 2023 around Tampa Bay.

  • Party with Petty in Palm Harbor

A Tom Petty tribute is playing Bogota Kitchen & Bar in downtown Palm Harbor. The Broken Hearts #1 Tom Petty Tribute Band tickets cost $50. That includes a midnight champagne toast and a dessert bar with coffee. Event starts at 7 and winds down around 12:30am.

  • Party on the Roof in New Port Richey

The weather won’t be as frigid as it was on Christmas so head up on the rooftop at The Social NPR for a champagne toast at midnight and dancing all night long. Their full menu is available until 10pm, but food is not included in the ticket price.

  • Take Selfies in Tampa

Armature Works’ 5th Annual New Year’s Eve party promises to have lots of Instagram opportunities along with a fireworks display at midnight.

  • Celebrate at CeSar on St. Pete Beach

If you’ve got deep pockets, The Don CeSar Hotel celebration’s “Platinum Package” features 3 bottles of premium liquor, champagne, choice of 10 appetizers, and an assigned cocktail server and your own private area to celebrate with up to 20 friends.
