4th of July Fireworks Shows With Smaller Crowds in Tampa Bay
Not a fan of enormous big city crowds and traffic? Here’s a list of 10 Tampa Bay fireworks display that will be a lot less stress than fighting big crowds downtown tonight.
Get to Baycare Ballpark starting at 7pm. Three’s live music from the Black Honkeys Band, kids activities, and lots of all-American food options. The fireworks go off at about 9:15pm. Tickets are $5.
Head to Largo’s Central Park. There’s going to be a Dave Matthews tribute band going on at 6:30pm. Parkign at Largo Middle or High School is $5.
Country star Neal McCoy will perform at 7:30pm. This one’s free! Head to Sutton Park on 6th Street.
Head to the Temple Terrace Golf & Country Club at 600 Inverness Ave. Magic for the kids and food trucks for us big kids. The fireworks start at 9:15pm.
Head to the Marina or Waterfront Park for a display that will start at 9pm sharp. Activities start up around 5pm.
This is the first time they’ll be doing this display in a while. It got suspended due to lack of funds and then that whole pandemic messed things up. Free admission but parking is $5 at Plant City Stadium. They ask that you bring cash because there’s no ATM or credit card purchases on site.
Doing fireworks at the beach is just the Florida way to do it. Display starts at 9pm. Bring a beach towel or chair to Gulf Front Park at 10400 Gulf Blvd.
Head to Craig Park at Tarpon Avenue and Spring Boulevard. There will be waterslides and a hot dog eating contest too. Fireworks are estimated to begin around 8:30pm to 8:45pm. They’re launched from Sunset Beach.
Head to Gulfport Beach to watch the fireworks at 9pm sharp as they get fired off from Williams Pier. Live music starts at 7.
Take in some baseball and stay after the Marauders game to watch the fireworks! The game starts at 5.
