The Lightning are getting ready to head north of the border to hopefully bring the Stanley Cup back to Tampa Bay. Friday, the team had one last scrimmage – it was Team Blue vs. Team White. Outside on Thunder Alley, fans gathered to sign hockey board glass that will accompany the team.
This would be the last scrimmage of training camp as the Bolts leave this weekend for Toronto.
The calm before the ... calm.
Team "Blue" jumped out to a quick 3-0 lead thanks to two goals by Brayden Point.
Team "White" better step up or they might get left behind in Tampa so Team Blue has more hotel room space.
Felt odd watching them play without the loud Amalie crowd.
More signatures on the glass.
