Got to check out the Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival on Clearwater Beach. The Jimmy Buffett sand sculptures were incredible. Check out these amazing designs inspired by lyrics from a Florida favorite, Jimmy Buffett. From parrots to lost shakers of salt, the artists really captured their love for Jimmy’s music in these incredible creations.

The Sugar Sand Walk Exhibit is inside an enormous 21,000 square foot structure. You can take part in free sand sculpting classes. Plus there are food vendors, live music, and fireworks too. Ride a giant Ferris Wheel with great views of the beach. Keep in mind too they have free parking downtown Clearwater with shuttles running every 15 to 30 minutes to the beach. The shuttle is free too by the way.

This is the 10th year of the festival. This year’s theme is the “sands of time.” You can buy tickets online to skip the line. General admission is $14. Kids 3 and under are free.

You can bring cameras, blankets and low lying beach chairs, but they ask you to leave tents, grills, and your pets at home. Glass containers and bottles are also forbidden.
